The government has been doing a lot for the MSMEs. It is valid too, they are the ones who need help to survive. There is a lot of competition in the market and without some special benefits, it will be tough for these enterprises to stay in the market for long. This is something that has been the prime focus of all the policies formulated by the government. There is a special department working for these enterprises known as Udyog Aadhaar. All the MSMEs have to get registered in them and then they can avail of a lot of services that are made just for them. Recently companies had to face a lot because of the Corona pandemic. All the work around the world has stopped. All industries had to shut down. There was a great loss to these companies hence, they were expecting something from the government. The government didn’t disappoint them as well. They will provide a credit stimulus package for MSME for the corona-hit industries.

The government of India has introduced the new process for registration for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) under the name of Udyam Registration on July 1, 2020. Indian Government has circulated the notification issued by the Ministry of MSME on 26th June 2020 regarding micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) will now be known as Udyam.The new registration process will be started from 1 July 2020 onwards. The MSME registration process has now become more easy after the introduction of Udyam registration.
